RACHELLE ALEXANDER
VICE PRESIDENT
Ms. Alexander brings unique technical and managerial skills to ESS. With a very practical view of project management, she utilizes her broad-based background to solve the concerns of our customers, especially as they relate to site investigation and remedial projects. Ms. Alexander has conducted numerous Environmental Site Assessments of properties throughout New Jersey. Her focus on the investigation and remediation of hazards in the environment, coupled with her strong background in hydrogeology, has been a benefit to the clients of ESS.
Ms. Alexander is responsible for all of the projects of ESS involving remediation of contaminated industrial properties. Having just completed a multi-million dollar remediation on a brownfields site in Passaic County, New Jersey, Ms. Alexander has shown an ability to bring projects to closure under budget and within the time demands of our clients. She has managed and/or been involved in projects involving environmental and safety initiatives, including the development and implementation of manufacturing SOPs, regulatory training, auditing of facilities, and closure of underground storage tanks. Ms. Alexander has taken on and completed projects in various stages of the site remediation and oversight program.
Ms. Alexander maintains the following certifications:
• 40 Hour Hazwoper Certification
• 8 Hour Supervisor Certification
• Certified USEPA/AHERA Asbestos Inspector
She is also proficient in the use of AutoCAD and ArcView, capable of producing reports fully meeting the requirements of the NJDEP for GIS compatible submissions.
